Casa FranLus was fantastic! A very private space with the gated entrance to the complex. The apartment itself is very spacious. It’s actually more spacious than it looks in the photos too. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had most of the basics. The internet was pretty fast and reliable. My gf and I both work remote tech jobs and we were both able to work on this Wi-Fi with no issues for 3+ weeks. SanCris is a great city to walk in so we didn’t mind the 15-20 minute walk to the center. Cabs are very cheap if you prefer to get a ride as well. As for Mayra, she was so awesome. We arrived early and she let us check in early. She had water jug replacements whenever we needed it. We were able to use the laundry machines a few times. She replaced our towels and sheets numerous times. She was always checking to make sure that we didn’t need anything. So friendly. So attentive. Thanks Mayra!
Me encantó quedarme en casa franlus la atención es excelente siempre están al pendiente de todo y el departamento súper cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en tu casa, 100% regresaría a hospedarme en casa Franlus en mi próxima visita a San Cristóbal.
Excellent facilities. Spacious rooms, everything very clean, and hot water service. The service from the owners was first-rate. They gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Very friendly and attentive. 100% recommended.
Increíble lugar y ubicación, los anfitriones muy atentos, el departamento cuenta con suministros básicos para tu estancia, 10/10, sin duda un lugar para ir en familia o con amigos, lo recomiendo ampliamente sin duda, volvería a visitarlos.
El departamento es ideal para 6 personas como máximo, 2 en cada cama, los colchones muy confortables, hay todo lo necesario para cocinar o calentar en estufa o micro, cuenta con platos, vasos y cubiertos, un refri para conservar alimentos, se vé recien remodelado, muy limpio, hay una avenida a una cuadra donde pasan combis cada minuto al centro ó taxis, duran unos 10 minutos en llegar, está una pequeña plaza a 100 metros y una plaza grande cruzando la avenida "Paniagua" se alcanza a ver Chedraui selecto, a 7 minutos caminando, hay algunos restaurantes muy cerca, el huarachazo y las jicaras, muy rico y buenos precios, tomen en cuenta que cierran a las 5:00 pm, en el centro hay muchisimas agencias para tours, nosotros agarramos 5 uno para cada día, pasan por las personas al lugar donde esten hospedados y los regresan a su hotel o airbnb, la verdad estuvieron geniales, y por último Cati es una formidable anfitriona, responde y resuelve en minutos lo que está en sus manos, muy recomendable el departamente por calidad y precio, lo único es que si hay que esperar como un minuto con la llave abierta de la regadera para que salga agua caliente, hay que tener paciencia, hicimos buena elección, nos fuimos muy felices y contentos, regresaremos.

Casa Franlus was spectacular!It had everything including a kettle, and a toaster. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was spotlessly. Clean and ale couldn’t have been more helpful. She showed me around when I arrived. After giving me time to unpack, she came back and walked me over to the ATM nearby. I would absolutely stay there again. It was about a 15 minute walk to El Centro, but I enjoyed the exercise.
Increíble.. me encanta que esta súper equipado y muy limpio y mi Vehículo no queda en la calle estacionado ya que se resguarda en el estacionamiento con cámaras de vigilancia
